Key Responsibilities:

1. Compliance Monitoring:
   • Ensure the organization complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.
   • Monitor and report on compliance with internal policies and procedures.
2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
   • Conduct risk assessments to identify workplace hazards and environmental risks.
   • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
3. Safety Training and Education:
   • Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
   • Promote safety awareness and best practices throughout the organization.
4. Incident Investigation:
